No change with 4GB Kingston SDHC Class 4. It still only works with "late insertion".

i have a few questions but first, thank you guys for all your hard work. I really love the mod

Questions #1.
I extracted the Cab files for oziexplorer and got it to work on Magellan Triton 2000 i entered my serial code and it works great, then i reboot and reopen Ozi and then it ask for the serial code again. What do i need to do to make it save the code ? does it save it into the registry so i could just add it manually ?

Questions #2 When i boot this mod i get the basic 4 choices, Magellan Navigation, Total triton mod, ozi explorer, igo8

now how do i add igo amigo and other programs from the main screen before running the Total Triton Mod ?

Questions #3 How do you change the boot screen to include the upside down mod ? i want to be able to select the mod from the main boot screen.

thanks for all the help.

Been playing around with Ozi again lately and I'm wondering how to get the keyboard up within OZI to enter my registration key? Maybe this has been covered earlier.

I had it done via OziCE in the Mod on the Navigation page (e.g. after reboot). Dont use OziCE on the front page with only the 4 icons!
As it comes to enter the Ozi-key press and hold the round center button until the keyboard appears.
To hide the keyboard same procedure.

You can also get the ozi keyboard by pressing the KB button on the top of the window next to the OK button. You may have to drag your window to expose the keyboard that is usually behind it.

Sweet!! Now is there a way to save the info? It's a pain having to enter the code every time I open up Ozi.

yes i with you, any way to save the registration info in a .reg file for windows ce ? every time you restart the gps you have to enter the code in ozi, there has to be a fix for that.

I don't know how it happens, but i never had to do this again!
I entered the code in anxiant times and Ozi doesn't ask me again.

I don't think that this information is stored in the registry. Imho resides it somewhere else on the SD-Card. Ask the author about it.

I have only entered the registration code once. I have even copied my ozi program files to a larger SD card and didn't have to re-enter the code.

Rotate the screen:
There are two ways I know:
1. TritonMod\Programs\Rotate.exe
2. With MortScript: Rotate( Direction )
Direction can be on of: 0=standard, 90=righthanded, 180=upside down, 270=lefthanded
For full dokumentation goto http://www.sto-helit.de (in german)

OziExplorerCE Registration Information:
The registration is stored in the file \OziExplorerCE\OziExplorerCE.key. I have only entered it once. Since then I updated it, backed it up, copied it back to sd card,... and I never had to enter it again... and now I deleted Ozi and reinstalled it and re-entered my registration information and it was successfully saved and it works.

Change Bootscreen / main screen:
To change the icons on the Bootscreen you have to manually edit the file \TritonMod\Bootscreen\Bootscreen.ini but it's not that hard, first it is handwritten and second I've dokumentated it a bit to make it easier to find the sections.
Open it with a texteditor (NOT Word) and scroll down to the end and the last section is iGo. Change the line "NewIni = " to point to your .exe and mainly you're done. You can change the icon and the text beneath it a few lines beneath, the icon has to be 32bit.
For full dokumentation goto http://www.ultimatelaunch.de (in german) and look for SystemInformation

I downloaded 2.33a version (wince_core_runtime_arm.zip) form official site, and there's no such file or directory \OziExplorerCE\OziExplorerCE.key - only OziExplorer.key2 in the root. Tried to create this manually - no success.

I have that file on my Triton.
So i think, that this file is created by OziexplorerCE at that time as one enters his registration code.
There are two different codes for OziCE 1.x and 2.x as delivered by the author. You have to use the code for Version 2.x

Happy Hunting

Press and hold the hardware center key to either bring up the keyboard or hide it again.
